We are Military Families (mostly) joining together to bring some measure of comfort to the families of our military men/women lost in service to their country.

Hi..... I'm Jan,
Originally established by two Marine moms for Marine Families, our diverse group quickly grew to include family members from all the Armed Forces branches and even those with no military association .
In rather short order, we expanded our project to embrace the families of all soldiers lost overseas in Operation Iraqi Freedom, regardless of which branch of the Armed Forces they served. Our goal is to provide a Comfort Quilt to the primary next of kin of each of these fallen heroes.

Use the buttons on the right to learn something about us and our mission, to contact us or to join our group.
The "Guide" button will take you to a page describing the quilt blocks, such as size, handling, some tips and tricks, etc. Several examples varying in simplicity/complexity are shown.
The "Register" button is quite important. If you are, or know, an immediate family member of a war zone casualty, you are greatly encouraged to register with us.. It will make our task a lot easier to get the quilts to the families.. If you have concerns, please read our Privacy Statement.
Donations are always welcome. We need squares for quilts, material, money, etc.. This (Donations) page will direct you where to send your donation. Won't you please consider aiding our mission.?
The last buttons will take you to pages that give some insight to the quilts we are making, a photo gallery of events and progress, finished quilts and a page of links to relevant assistance, entitlements, offerings and memorial web sites.
